Former Patriots star running back arrested in Mississippi over nightclub incident

Steven Ridley the former New England Patriots starting running back was arrested in Natchez, Mississippi at a nightclub on two charges including disorderly conduct.

The 34-year-old was released from custody on Sunday. Details on the alleged incident that led to the arrest were not immediately available.

The former LSU running back was drafted in the third round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Patriots and played for several NFL teams before hanging up his cleats eight years later.
